At Lavender Clearances donating items to charities from a clearance is a very important part of what we do. From direct donations to a specific charity (as requested by clients), to the £250 we raised for Comic Relief this year and Chris’s 5K swim for Marie Curie, it’s integral to Lavender Clearances’ ongoing process.
There are many organisations that can and do benefit from your unwanted items. We regularly donate to Marie Curie, The Children’s Trust Tadworth and The Cats Protection League to name but a few.
It’s not just individual charities that benefit from donating. The environmental effects of producing more goods when existing ones can be reused is huge. Also with commercial tipping rates at an all-time high and by not sending items that still have some use left in them to the landfill sites we are securing a greener environment for the future.
We are always open to contact from charitable organisations if we can help or if you think we may be able to, just get in touch with our office.
I am writing to thank you for your help and support; the goods you have donated to GOODS FOR GOOD (GLOBAL).
We are now celebrating two years this July since we initially registered GOODS FOR GOOD and we are proud to advise you have sent over £6.5m-worth of British industry overstocks with your amazing help!
