We charge for the clearance, we carry out the clearance for free, we pay you for the clearance.
This depends on the volume and just what is in the property and how much can be re-sold and offset against the cost incurred by clearing.
3/ It’s the over to us part.
Our team arrives at the property at the given time and date, we clear all items leaving your property clear and ready for you to do what’s needed to be done.
